It took us two years before the project started, but we managed to finally complete it, ending with a satisfied client and the tenement in a much better condition. The main reason for the work was a leak caused by an incorrectly installed lead flashing. To replace the flashing, scaffolding was necessary, and taking advantage of that scaffolding being in place, the client decided to complete all the required roofing work within its reach to save on the cost of additional scaffolding in the future.
