Full-time roofer required for an immediate start

Typical tasks will include repair work on tenement and other roofs, typically working as a pair and occasionally as part of a bigger team. Weekend work occasionally required with overtime rates payable.

Please note this is an opportunity for regular, full time work with a growing company, with a potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Must have:

• Experience in slating & tiling
• Experience in lead work
• Experience in felt work
• Functional spoken English

Desirable:

• General building work skills, particularly render work
• Lime mortar work
• Guttering
• Driving licence
• Rope access skills

We are looking for a reliable person with excellent work ethic, high quality standards and ability to think and apply their knowledge and experience to the task at hand.

You need to be able to work effectively in a small team and take responsibility for your own work. You will also be polite and friendly, always remembering that it's our customers who ultimately pay our wages.

Rates: £16 minimum, more depending on skillset and experience.
