This page explains the terms under which we apply the Your roof made right. Fixed the first time OR we keep coming back until it's done. promise as presented on the Home Page and any other page of this website or in other marketing materials by HiSolution.

1. The promise applies to any roofing job that involve leaks & water ingress HiSolution is contracted to do, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
2. Any claims made in reference to this promise must be made within 60 days of the completion of the original works.
3. The promise only applies to the problem investigated during the original survey and work originally quoted for and does not cover any damage that occurred subsequently to the original quote.
4. The promise does not apply to regular wear & tear.
5. In all cases, HiSolution will attempt to complete the commissioned repairs the first time.
6. If, for any reason, the repair covered by the promise cannot be completed as planned, or is initially unsuccessful, we will return, as many times as necessary, until the repair is successfully completed; and we will not charge extra for those additional visits.
7. If in the course of our initial work or subsequent corrective visits we discover additional issues not covered by the initial quote or this promise, we will communicate this clearly to the Client and quote accordingly for any extra work.
