Our client at East Claremont Street, meticulous about the quality and details of their building, requested a roof assessment. After presenting an honest evaluation and illustrating the roof's condition, we were invited to undertake this intriguing project. The main tasks involved replacing the skews on both copings with lead watergates and re-rendering the chimney. The installation of a new lead gutter and watergates necessitated the erection of scaffolding and precise experience in lead soldering.
