We're thrilled to share our latest endeavor at the remarkable St Andrew's Church, Thurso. A beloved landmark on Olrig Street, this structure, which served as the first Free Church in the town, carries a rich tapestry of history within its walls. A mere three-minute stroll from the town centre, we embarked on this project with reverence and a steadfast commitment to preserving its innate charm.

Our mission was multi-fold:

• Locating Leaks: Like detectives on a mission, our team diligently sought out hidden leaks, a crucial step in maintaining the structural integrity of the building.
• Repairing Slates: We meticulously restored the aged and worn slates to their former glory, all the while maintaining the church's original aesthetic.
• Installing Downpipes: A vital component in any building's water management system, we ensured that the rainwater would be directed safely away from the structure.
• Gutter Cleaning: It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it! We thoroughly cleaned the gutters, promoting better water flow and preventing potential damage.
• Internal Work in the Spire: Last, but not least, we turned our attention inwards, working meticulously on the spire to ensure its stability and durability.
